This area of the noticeboard is dedicated to the communal areas of Highwoods View still under Bellway management.

Here we will share work being undertaken at Highwoods View each month – This will mainly focus on the communal areas including details on road/pavement toppings, landscaping, lighting etc. However, where there are also works in close proximity to occupied properties we will also share these with you.
What is happening this month?

Neighbouring construction work during this period that that could impact you are shown on the plan below. These include internal works on plots 21-25 and ongoing works on the superstructures of plots 32-44.
We are also working on landscaping in the area shown on the plan below (by plots 6-11 and 19-25). This will help enhance the streetscene in this area.
